Go on record: How many snaps for Guarantano

8, unless we get a big lead.

The clock will move too fast to play QB carousel.

Could get half the snaps against iSU.

Mop up duty if we can get enough of a lead is my guess. Just an uneducated guess before you all get your panties in a wad.

2 series. 12 snaps.

(that's out of 8-10 series total, totalling 40-55 snaps).

At least, I'd guess that's the current mindset of the coaching staff. If Jarrett proves to be the one with the hot hand, he could get a whole lot more than that.

I think he will be put in 3rd series and be 1st QB to lead the team for a TD and play rest of game

I think the vols and Dormady start off hot running out to an early lead but he gets injured in the second quarter and JG finishes the game. Jackets storm from behind to take the win comfortably as injuries mount.

Depends on our lead. If we're ahead by at least 3 touchdowns at the beginning of the 4th, I'd say 20-25. If it's a close one, we may not see him at all.

From a timing standpoint I say if we score first and GT doesn't respond with a score on their very next drive then JG will come in for our next series on O.

To answer Freak's question directly, I think JG will see around 15-20 snaps barring any mental collapse, a la Peterman in Gainesville.

I think it could go one of three ways:

1) QD starts the game and does phenomenal right off the bat, leaving JG only few snaps in mop-up duty.

2) QD's first series stalls out, JG comes in second and does amazing, leaving QD few snaps.

3) Each of the two don't stick out in terms of performance and alternate series, which in my opinion is the worst case scenario.

Personally, I believe that the first scenario will play out, with QD grasping the starting position early in the game, leaving JG few snaps. I'll say 10-12 snaps total.

That's dark mojo.

25.

How many snaps does it take Trey to realize, "I got this."?

I think 6-10. I think he will be used like Tebow was his freshman year. Obviously he's not as big as Tebow, but can be brought in on 3rd and short situations and give us that extra run option.

I believe it will look a lot like the Leake/Tebow situation. It will be Dormandy and then specific packages for JG (3rd & short, wildcat, or goal line). I will almost gurantee we will see a package with both QB's on the field at the same time.

Dormady needs to play as many snaps as possible under game-speed conditions. He has virtually no game experience. If he is indeed the starting QB, he should stay in until deep into the fourth quarter.

JMHO
