For years we had to endure that arrogant jerk Steve Spurrier and he was always portrayed as the greatest coach that ever walked the earth.

Now we have a coach with some attitude and he is the scum of the earth? Give me a break! Wasn't it Spurrier who said you can't spell Citrus without UT?

I say go Kiff, fire up the fans, the players, the boosters, whomever! The media all think that TN is a bunch of knuckle dragging rednecks (ESPN) anyway. :rock2::rock2:

Did anyone mention Kiff's wife is hot?:naughty:

I like the fact that Kiffin exposed the act of Meyer texting a recruit while he was on a visit to another school. Maybe not an official rule violation but I think it shows lact of respect for other SEC coaches. I would put money that he was texting other recruits that weekend that were on official visits at other schools.

Sure, Kiffin is taking a beating by some in the media but he gets his point across. Saban has his own recruiting rule in place in the SEC. Meyer may not violate the letter of the law in recruiting but with this act he violates as much of an ethics code as the one that Kiffin is being charged with in some circles. The SEC is a rough and rowdy place to try and recruit. If it makes him a jerk to call out another SEC coach for thier tactics, then all I say is that he is just joining the coaching crowd in this league.

I've got Kiffin's back. If he's going in, guns blazing, then I'm following. I'm buying his aggressiveness and attitude. I think we all need to adopt the same attitude about UT football and maybe the Orange will adorn some swagger by the time the leaves turn.
