Got to love coach Kiffins attitude...The wind is blowing, It's in the mid 40's and raining and they are STILL out there popping each other...Get wet and get muddy...I love it!

Wide receiver Gerald Jones also has been impressive in the first two practices.

“Gerald Jones is the star of the team right now,” Kiffin said.

interesting to say the least... and exciting to boot.

Exactly. If you wanna know how Fulmer and Co. handled rain...see UT versus Florida in knoxville in 03 I think it was?

Fulmer and Co would take the team inside...Football is mean't to be played outdoors...Fulmer pampered them too much and they got soft...This staff won't do that and it will benefit them in the long run.

Exactly my point. You can never tell the weather in the great state of Tennessee.

not to kick dirt on fulmer I always wondered why he moved the team indoors. In fact, i got so used to it i thought all teams operated that way.

Don't think so, pretty sure there was perfect weather to watch us get stomped for Homecoming.

There is another game I am thinking of where the weather was horrible at home. I do remember the game 2 yrs ago in the mud bowl. I was there and never seen Neyland so empty.

Tennessee versus Marshall in 2006.

What was funny was they announced the attendance as 106,000+. The fans looked around after the announcement and just laughed...lol.

Only about 50,000 were there.

And even 50,000 may be pushing it. I was wet in places that I didn't know could get wet after that game. On top of that I got shafted on parking and had to walk a good way to my car after the game. Can you say chaffing?
