Getting a Peculiar Error Msg From My New 360

[SWIL]

I keep getting this error msg: "Disk is unreadable- Please restart." This has happened with BOTH of my brand new games. Neither have a scratch.

Xbox troubleshooting says to match up regions on the disks and console. I hope this is the case.

Anyone get this error? Walmart has a 14 day warrant. Should I just take it back for exchange right now and not worry with the headache?

Thats the first thing that happened to my first 360 and then it just died about 3 days later.
