I can't say that I would be interested in this. It's one thing if the game took place on it (Turf), but just for something that fans sat on? Nah. Goal post pieces would also be much better.

Now, if I had season tickets for a long time and it was my seat or maybe even a seat that a deceased parent had season tickets for that would be different as it would be a connection to memories.

They should sell pieces 6-8 ft long to be used to make a picnic table. 3 for the table and then one each for the bench seats.

A local Sports Bar should get a piece big enough to run along as part of their service counter.

Local restaurants should make benches with some pieces in their waiting area.

Selling them is more profitable than scraping them. There is value in them as memorabilia. I don’t expect the price to drop. They will sell all there is and then you will probably never get another chance to buy one,
