Did anybody else hear that fan's question to Fulmer last night on Vol Calls? The fan wanted to know why Gerald wasn't wearing his orange jersey while standing (with help of crutches) on the sideline Saturday night. The fan pointed out that what Riggs was wearing would have been more appropriate on the South Carolina sideline. Fulmer couldn't give a good answer but felt that Riggs should have been wearing orange.

What Riggs was wearing is the least of this teams concern right now.

Yeah, you're right. The whole world will find out what a joke of a coach Fulmer is this Saturday.

I wouldn't be wearing orange either. I'd be wearing sweat pants, a hat on backwards, and a couple of girls on my side. I'd also be on my cell phone taking bets on the game w/ a cigar in my mouth while playing poker w/ Trooper Taylor.

I actually ran into him and Cedric Houston tailgating in the garage outside gate 10. He was wearing sweat pants with plenty of girls close to his side.

I thought Riggs looked pretty pimperish on the sideline... So what if they were South Carolina colors. Nice outfit

These type of commits are what we view as lack of control or discipline. Vol Walk looks like a Pimp Convention, you all know what I'm talking about. Self expression seems to take an important roll on the hill. This also holds true for our past basketball program as well.

Talked with his dad last game. "Gerald has not been right all year because the program has not been able to get their act together" he said. "Hes really disappointed in UT football in general." I know Geralds dad pretty good since I went to school with Jr. and he said that was one of the main reasions the UT football program has not been playin to their full abilities.

I wanna see the same regulations forced upon the UT or NCAA as they are for the NBA. The dress code... no bling bling thing. I don't know what he was wearing... but that's what it sounds like.

Fulmer said on Monday evening VolCalls he did not see GR at the game BUT, would be disappointed if GR did not have on orange. GR closes the book on a thuggish and failed college career.

Thanks for the sympathy for an injured Vol. A statement like that is embarrassing to the rest of us and uncalled for.

We all know that his play this year was hampered by an inept offensive scheme and poor play from the line. Best wishes to Riggs for a full and speedy recovery and a shot at living out his dreams in the NFL.

This coming from a kid who barely put in one full, productive season.

Gerald never could get over his habit of dancing before hitting a hole, occasionally showing flashes of greatness. He will go down in the books as a "what might have been".

he got that in high school. He always wanted to make the TD on every play so he danced to find a hole for a break away. You cant do that in college ball. you have to fight for what you can get.

Sarge that is a horrible thing to say about an injured player. I agree with Doc. You should be ashamed!

How do you defend his previous years of under achieving and missing class and practice? Thug, good ridance.

Riggs was a good HS back but even then he wasn't the best in the region. Just like Munoz his name got him to UT!

Riggs should get in touch with Logan Young. He needs some bling bling to go with that sweatsuit.
