"I read some comments that (Florida) made about this not being a rival game," UT receiver Gerald Jones said. "This is a rival game. With that comment, it's pretty much saying they're overlooking us or they don't take us as serious as Georgia."
Jones wasn't done, especially when it came to Florida quarterback Tim Tebow.
"In the summer we had Tim Tebow's face posted up in the weight room, so when we lift, we know what we're lifting for."
And then this:
"It's not gonna' be a game, it's gonna be a war," Jones said.

I saw the video for this and I swear I thought he said something to the effects of, "The SEC isn't decided in the Florida/Georgia game, it's decided in the Florida/Georgia game" could have misheard it, but I thought I heard that

did y'all see him and wes at the press conference? GJ is legit, much respect for the guy. he's big things just waiting to happen. he said alot of good stuff though, too much too quote, just have to watch it...

I think he's a special player. Crompton needs to be benched if he can't get the ball to him.

Is it any surprise Florida doesn't think it is a rivalry game when we haven't beaten them in the Urban Era?

Win or lose, I hope Clawson throws the playbook at Florida. The entire thing. Don't stop until the final whistle blows. We can go 2 and 10 on the season, and lose to everyone else...I just don't want this to turn into Alabama's 11 year reign.

i think he meant that going into the season he wanted to beat florida and alabama more than he wanted anything else to happen this season.

I hope we mess Tebow up.... If I ever saw Tebow on the street, I would spit in his face. No joke. I hate him.... with a passion.
