I just about a used copy of Gears off ebay. The original one i played was a loner. I bought the Limited Edition one for a good price. Well, i have beat the game with the loner on casual and beat act one on hardcore. But i cant go back and play all the acts now for some reason, even though i have defeated them. All my achievemenst are still there but i cant play the acts i have beaten with a different copy. Any answers to why????

Hmm, I have no clue how that could happen...

Have you tried to manually go in campaign mode and select previous chapter instead of starting off where you left off on the previous disk?

Which copy of the disk you are using shouldn't have anything to do with it. Do you have a memory card that it might be saved on instead of your hard drive?

It happened because, suprise... The developers of an exclusive XBox 360 title didn't put any thought into making a single-player game. :eek:hmy:

Don't be blinded by your hatred. I've played multiple copies (different versions even) of GOW on my console and never had issue with the single player like CBC is having.

Just messing around. Go get an exchange copy or something, or talk to the developer. Tell them you have a defective disc.

 I know, you were just trying to take another shot at the man.

There has to be logical explanation. My guess is user error. :p
