grew up drinking gatorade, but I'll drink either. Not a lot of diff in my opinion.

Red Gatorade, only when hung over. Its quite nasty otherwise.

No beating the Gatorade original 3... orange, lemon lime, and fruit punch. And they were awesome in the original glass bottles. Wish they still had 'em.

I drink a glass of water at breakfast and lunch. Beer after that till bedtime. 20 plus years of this with no issues, except legal, marriage, and health. But other than these everything else is great.

They both taste like piss.

If you are trying to hydrate drink water, otherwise drink Sam Adams.

Powerade= sugar and food coloring. Gatorade (they should change the name to Volaid) contains electrolytes which the body loves in moderate quantities.
