It's not like he has a system that show cases their specific skill sets or win a major conference title or anything.

Yeah, he signs players that would be 1st round picks out of high school, except for the stupid one year rule and coaches them up to be 1st round picks after only one year in college. A great coaching job.

I just don't understand how people hold it against him that he gets talented players. You win by getting great players.
 
Read the bolded part. You should watch some basketball. Cal has literally coached uber talented players and teams to losses many times.

Cal is not "developing" anyone for the NBA. That's what their handlers, possies, and support teams are for.

He puts them in an NBA style offensive scheme and gets them in the limelight. Why is it impossible for you to understand that Cal wants to win at the NCAA level but thats not his main goal. Theres a reason the man is the highest paid coach in the NCAA without ever winning a championship.
