Garrett Stallings Traded . . .

It is being reported on MLB that Garrett Stallings is one piece of a three man trade, Stallings and a international signee was traded from the Los Angeles Angels to the Baltimore Orioles for SS Jose' Iglesias. I was wondering if this will be a better road for Stallings to reach the majors with the Orioles . . .

Baltimore is always looking for pitching help and Stallings should be able to get to the major leagues quicker with Baltimore.
