I ALMOST listed a game based The Dark Tower series but I didn't really think about what genre it would fall into. Using the RDR model would be perfect for that!

How about an open world driving game based on Smokey and the Bandit or Cannonball Run?

A true zombie game.

Think gta, skyrim, or even witcher style. Not just the crazy over the top game, but a real survival horror experience.

Factions, different locations, side quests. I wish.

And on a nerdy old school vibe, a transformers Lego game. Just the sheer amount of characters in the universe would guarantee an old fan could enjoy it. I know they're licensed to Damn Kree-o or however it's spelled. But I can dream.

State of Decay came close to this... was very unpolished though and didn't have much content. It was close...

Yeah I was about to say State of Decay was the closest thing I've played. It can be downright depressing at times if you mess up and get one of your favorite people killed. State of Decay 2 looks damn good, and it's co-op.

A WWII FPS based on Harry Turtledove's "World At War" series.

A Skyrim style game based on Piers Anthony's "Xanth" or "Blue Adept" series.

Both NCAA football and basketball I would pay $100 for each if they made a new one. I miss those games the most from last gen.

I'd like to see more non-franchised/fictional sports games like back in the late 80's and 90's.

Mutant League Hockey/Football would be at the top of the list for me. How awesome would a next gen Mutant League be?!

I agree! I'd also like to see NFL Blitz, NFL Street, NBA Street, etc.

YES. The last fight night was one of my favorite fighting games of all time; easily in my top 5 and was a helluva party game with friends.

Heck yeah - also NBA Jam, Arch Rivals and Bill Lambeer's Combat Basketball! I loved the mild RPG elements of Bill Lambeer Combat BB

Also, I'd love to see a great, wacky wrestling game. The WWE games now are getting overly complex and too sim-like. I want a wrestling game with very simplistic, arcadey gameplay like the classic 8 and 16 bit era games like Slammasters, WWF Royal Rumble, and Fire Pro Wrestling, only with modern graphics.
