Wow. Who'd a thunk it? I'm dressed in Orange and White and have "Gameday jitters". . . .and it's March.

Ladies and Gentlemen: this has been a really good basketball season, by any account. CBP and the Vols have achieved back-to-back NCAA tourney berths and have become media darlings. We are now a recruiting force to be reckoned with and have a slew of Freshman talent.

Tonight gives us the chance to make this season legendary.

Let's get 'em. Go Vols.

Yup, both my Tennessee polo and Tennessee button up are ironed and ready to go today - just depends on the weather.

Feels good, don't it!
I'm just enjoying this day... strangely though, I find I'm not really caught up in any 'pressure of the moment'...

I'll be swept away by anxiety and distraction as soon as I step into work - I doubt I'll get much done today.

hadn't thought about it, but it really does feel good, to not just be enjoying march madness and the sweet 16, but to be excited about it as well

I love/hate that feeling in my gut right now. There goes another year of my life. Pressure and Excitement in March. Can't wait 'til Football Time in Tennessee but this is close.

GO VOLS!!!!!!!

no kiddin...I'm working at home today cause pacing around a courthouse today would make the natives nervous. I don't think I've ever been as worked up over an upcoming Vol game as I am today. This is even bigger than a UT/UF FB game. I don't think there has ever been a more important BB in recent memory. This game may well be looked back on one day as the "Turning Point" game. Is it too early to start drinking??

Thanks..I was getting carried away there....but still...I can't remember ever being this nervous before a UT game....there is an incredible amount at stake, not to mention the reaction from those in the press talking more about A & M winning the regional rather than this game...

I came into my lab this morning and the first thing I heard was...enough with the orange already (from an NC State alumn). My response was that he only has to put up with orange through the NC game...then he won't see it again until the Vols travel to Berkely and lay another beat down on Cal.

It's been difficult living up here for the past 14 yrs during b-ball season. It certainly is nice to have "that game day feeling" during this time of year! You think they like my orange scrub pants with the block "T" on them?!? Oh yeah, baby!

I don't know about that...on gameday every year I have a knot in my stomach the entire week, just thinking about the UT/UF game, cause if we don't win we don't go to the SEC Championship
