I agree. They need this win to get back on track with positive momentum before facing the SEC big dogs.Every game from here on out is a make or break it. We need to win and win big.
Oh, wow. Thanks for that info. Georgia is significantly better this year than last, yet they beat us, at home last year on one of the most shockingly bad days for Lady Vols basketball in memory.UGA at home hasn't been scored on more than 68, except 1 game. LSU scored 80. UT predictions over 80 isn't happening.
UT 69
UGA 67
It only takes one bad apple to spoil the barrel. The coach has to take care of it if there are any player issues. Every player is important on the floor, play as a team and good things will happen. They all should be treated equally by the coach and other players. It's not too late, the final team score is what's important, not the score of any individual.Hope whatever issue is causing Cooper's seemingly uninterested playing of late is over as her play seems to affect the rest of the team. Agree on Hurst. Why not, perimeter shooting is not good now, nothing to lose here.
I would think 20+ wins would do it, because that would mean we're definitely getting a few more Q1 wins in the regular season and maybe a couple more in the SEC tournament - all while likely finishing with the number 1 SOS.Looking down the road here what are we thinking we would need to host March Madness? 20+ wins? Tonight would be a huge step in getting there. GBO
So your saying there's no minutes for a player who makes a pass .Whi said you did. More minutes will give her the confidence to take the open shots that she is turning down . Her shot is plenty fast enough.
That's what I was thinking too. I still can't wrap my mind around the Miss State performance.I would think 20+ wins would do it, because that would mean we're definitely getting a few more Q1 wins in the regular season and maybe a couple more in the SEC tournament - all while likely finishing with the number 1 SOS.
That Mississippi State home loss is just so unfortunate because I really think we could've avoided any non-Q1 losses if we'd won that one. Though last year we had a Q4 loss (Georgia at home) and still came pretty close to hosting.
