So, I've been up since 3:30 am Pacific Time, I am so nervous, it's embarrassing a man my age gets this way before every game. My only saving grace is, I have to work, and that will help pass time. It doesn't matter what team UT plays, I get equally excited.......Go Vols!!!

Got these marinating as we speak.... It's gonna be a great day scooter.

GO Vols!

Ingredients:
o 3 lbs chicken wings
o 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
o 2 teaspoons olive oil
o 4 garlic cloves, minced
o 1/4 cup soy sauce
o 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
1. Cut the chicken wings into three pieces and discard tips.
2. Mix remaining ingredients into a bowl.
3. Add wings and stir.
4. Cover and marinate for 45 minutes. (overnight is best)
5. Place pieces on the grill and brush with remaining mixture.
6. Grill over medium-hot coals about 15-20 minutes, turning once
