Greetings Volunteer Nation!

I hope tonight's game is free of injuries and everyone has a safe and fun time at the game. Tennessee is heavily favored, and looking to stomp Southern Miss as big teams always expect to do to smaller teams. That most likely will be the outcome today. Being in the SEC, these OOC games don't really count against Tennessee. If they win the SEC, they go to the Big Game. Not so for Southern Miss. Every game is huge for USM since they are not in a BCS conference. I hope my Eagles will play like they've "been there" before. I will give the talent advantage to Tennessee from a players perspective, but from a coaching perspective, I may have to go with Jeff Bower. Just my take.

USM HAS been there before; you've taken out some Big Ones over the years. I ALWAYS pull for you when you play Bama. You'll forgive me for not pulling for you tonight, but thanks for the sportsmanlike post. Peace to you.
