Tennessee recently moved into the Top25 of the 247Sports Composite Team Recruiting Rankings, sitting at No. 24 and the Vols are looking for more.

Josh Heupel and his staff have been in great position for Powder Springs (Ga.) McEachern receiver Kaleb Webb and with that I've logged a 247Sports Crystal Ball Forecast in favor of Tennessee for the East Carolina commit. He is slated to take an official visit this weekend.

Rivals was better when Shannon Terry was there. Then he started 247 and 247 was better than Rivals. Guessing On3 will soon be seen as the leader, as well.

We will go down the list and start with Webb. Tennessee is an excellent shape here as Kodi Burns and Alex Golesh have done a really nice job in this one. Burns has been crucial as he has developed a strong bond with the kid and his family. Tennessee is looking for receiver help with outside guys. Webb fits that bill.

He has run a sub 11 second 100m from what I have seen...so he's got speed.
