These rating sites had better take notice of the scandals which have recently been exposed where wealthy parents are paying to get their children into Universities either on acedemic or athletic scholarships. The coase at hand with HB seems to raise a red flag. I would not put it past these services-organizations accepting money to have their son/daughter rated higher than their talent or lowering thier rating if parents will not pay for their child's rating to remain high. We have to face the fact that greed is overtaking every aspect of our country from the top down.
