Bailey's numbers would be off the charts if not for some of those injuries. Played in only six games as a sophomore and appeared in nine as a junior. Managed 53 total TDs in those 15 games, good for just over 3.5 TDs a game. He's averaging almost 309 yards through the air a game in those 15 games as well.

And despite the constant pressure due to a poor OL, he's only thrown 11 picks in 538 pass attempts the last two seasons. That's a 2.05% INT ratio.

The Marietta four-year starter has thrown for 7,445 yards and 68 touchdowns in his career. That's only about 60 percent of the career production of Georgia legends Trevor Lawrence and Deshaun Watson, who rank 1-2 in career passing yards, but Bailey has played only 25 games, never more than 10 in a season. He has been shut down twice with collar-bone injuries.

Fragile collarbone, clearly not enough calcium intake, also leading to sluggish, weak legs. I've dropped him 272 spots in the rankings due to these concerns.
