Following Ball’s commitment announcement he discussed his decision with Vols Wire and what Jeremy Pruitt and Tony Vitello mean to him.

“I have so much respect for them as both coaches and as men,” Ball told Vols Wire. “They do it the right way and care for their kids.”

Ball also discussed his plans on when he will arrive at UT and which positions he will play.

“I am going to wait until after spring to arrive, but I plan on being there the first session of the summer,” he said. “I plan on playing on the interior of the offensive-line and as a pitcher.”
