Definitely blessed. I’ve had the privilege of my dad being able to introduce me to sporting legends here in Middle TN and through my job, some amazing former coaches and some current ones.

It’s also the bonus of not being married and doing whatever I want when I want. Ha ha
I definitely miss that sometimes.
It’s crazy, because of the occupation I have now, I would totally try to do what you’re doing on Friday nights, except fly around the country every 3 weeks. But my stay at home wife needs support when I’m not working.

When I was single living in Texas, and California I watched so many HS games. Did the same in NC, FL and Tennessee too. I miss that freedom of traveling and talking to the local fans at the game…hearing the stories of the players. I miss eating the food haha. Each team always has some kind of special hot dog or chicken combo, or burger.

Man those were the days

One stadium (I think it was in or near Roulette TX) has beef ribs and brisket. That was a good game.

Would be a great commit. Its time to get some momentum and pick up about 8 more
Yeah. Only for us to lose them after they have Freshman All-Conference year smh.

I’m being a bit dramatic, but seriously I don’t get nearly as excited about recruiting, because of the transfer portal culture.

It’s ruining college football

We were in the bottom third of total transfers out of our program. I think Heupel has the program in a pretty healthy spot, its just the state of the sport.

I agree VollnDayton. Actually we have lost more 2nd and 3rd stringers than first stringers and that is the way it has generally been across the country. Things will stabilize in time, it’s funny how the ones that say they are done with college football and how the game is being ruined seem like they can’t seem to break away from following the board. College football is and will continue to be the most popular sport out there. Let’s talk about this next year when the crowds are as big as ever and the tailgates are as epic as ever. Sure there are things that need to and will be sorted out. I just wish the ones saying that they are done with college football and how it is doomed would resign from here as well. Concerns is one thing, but saying your done over and over and continuing to gripe about it doesn’t seem like a good way to let go. Don’t worry us fans that pull for ones in Orange and White can hold down the fort just fine. GBO
