Looks like he was identified by Clark Lea when he was at ND and committed there. Might be better than you assume for Vandy commit.

Except for a very minor drop in June, his ranking has continued to rise significantly over the last year. He’s right on the cusp of four-star status and I wouldn’t be surprised if he reached it before it’s all said and done.
