Smart also tried to recruit a ton of quarterbacks such as Trevor Lawrence even though he already had a ton of quarterbacks on the bench at Georgia. I think smart has a serious credibility problem.

Who else was on UGA campus when Lawrence committed? Eason and ?

Fromm was committed but most thought Lawrence would/could beat him out. Lawrence had said he would commit in August that year and Dabo did a great job having him wait and CU has a great season.

Nothing is certain in recruiting, no one is ever a 100 lock, but I would be really surprised if Gilbert hasn’t already made up his mind.

2 things in UT favor HB and Chaney. Then there's a long shot of him knowing Sherrer. I was told his recruitment could go to the very last minute as of right now. Not to mention being the former team mate of Keyton.
