Glad somebody was smart enough to take him. Buddy of mine died in High School from that. Basically passed out and drowned in his vomit.

Is this true. If so, NSD couldn't come fast enough becuase CDD needs to spend some time with the current players. I know he has been going nonstop recruiting and finding his staff. After NSD he can get back to the current roster!

Yeah it's true. Knew about this for a while but didn't post in respect to GJones. Don't think he wants everyone to know he got his stomach pumped at the hospital

i mean your in college, under a microscope and alot of pressure, but you have to know when your having too much and are beginning to make a fool of yourself. gerald you are supposed to be a leader of this team, show a little self control and set a good example for the younger guys. DO you really want hunter, milton, teague, meline etc. learning from this guy.

i partied way too much in college and things didnt work out so good. blue chip college athletes are not in the same boat as you or me. seniors should have it figured out how much they can drink by now. i really like gerald i just dont like to hear about stuff like that.

I agree but I think from Feb4th to spring practice a lot of time is spent getting ahead on '11 guys.

To anybody that has a problem with college football players partying in the offseason, get over yourself. He's of legal drinking age (like that matters if you're over 18, IMO), so who cares. He just drank wayyyyyy too much. We've all been there or at least those of us who like to have fun!!!

Partying, drinking, passing out under a bush, waking up in a bathtub, etc are a little different that getting pumped at the hospital.

not really! if you pass out under a bush, your stomach probably needed to be pumped. there's just limits on certain days as too how much alcohol your body can handle. he just went a little too hard. i'm not mad at him

if it takes drinking to have fun, you're missing out on way too much in life

G.Jones is one of my favorite players on this team. I hope he learns from this and is ready for spring we will need him this season.
