It's unlikely they'd have been able to get a note in anyway with the non stop blaring of USC's fight song .

What's funny is USC fans actually think Kiffin was a good hire. They don't blame him for the loss, their looking for other excuses. He'll be on the unemployment line along with Dooley and Rich Rod in about three years.

It's about 50/50. A LOT of the mouthier Usc folks are ranting like possessed warthogs with rabies about the play calling and stupid decisions from both Kiffins. They're seriously coming unglued to a large degree. Apparently losing 2 yrs in a row so badly to the ducks is like UT losing to the 'cocks.

If Dooley and staff can pick up and improve their recruiting a little -- he will be here a long time imo.

Kiffin's bungling causes a huge turnover in the game:

"Trojans coach Lane Kiffin thought the game fell apart when they led 17-15 and had the ball in Oregon territory midway through the second quarter, but Barkley fumbled a shotgun snap after getting distracted by Kiffin yelling from the sideline. On the next play, Maehl made a 45-yard TD catch, artfully tipping the ball before catching it with one hand."

"It all went downhill from there," Kiffin said. "That was me. That was a coaching job."

Here's what I think after half-watching the game last night. Half-watching? Yes, I split viewing the game and watching MythBusters. Pat Haden was there. The look on his face was one of uncertain displeasure AND like a man who is taking an issue under serious consideration. USC could have easily won the game if the defense was worth as much as porcupine quill in the corn hole. Even to a know nothing like me you could see the USC boys were game but the defense coaching is lame. The offense is not bad and the boys looked well conditioned. I think Pat is either going to send Lane packing OR tell him to get rid of Mount or they're both gone. If he hasn't done it in private by Monday, even if he has, by season end it goes public. I think the camera showed him being impatiently patient last night. TICK TICK TICK

I doubt it. If they had it would be the talk of the nation for 6 weeks. UT fans would make the Ducks the 2nd favorite team forever and I think the two schools would share a bond that practically bordered on a marriage (non-Hollywood style).

I couldn't care less about Oregon if they changed their name to Tennessee West and painted their field orange, let alone if they played Rocky Top.
