On the fumble return for a touchdown, for anybody at home did replays show anything conclusive? And no, I'm not saying this would have changed the outcome.

It was extremely close, but I do think the ball STARTED to pop out as he fell. but hey my opinion is probably biased.

I watched it a few times and thought it could have been either (changed my mind a couple of times). Not sure they could have overturned it if it had been called a fumble

Could have gone either way. Whichever way they called it on the field, that was going to be the call. I'm honestly still not sure.

Close, but butt was down. Definitely not enough evidence to overturn ruling...

I say either, but considering the two bad PI calls and them totally missing Wes Brown getting held during a key 3rd down, I figured the refs would give it to us after reviewing it.

Could have went either way. If the call on the field had been called a fumble then there would not have been conclusive evidence to overturn it. Same as the call that stood since they called him down. That is also what the announcers said.

Thanks. Watching it live we all were hoping and that might have changed our view.

Down but stiil a question of posession. He was jumbling the ball around a bit before ayers hit him and knocked it loose.
Refs weren't calling it our way tonite anyway.

If it had been called a fumble, I think it would have stayed. However, there was no way they were going to reverse that call.

I agree with these guys if it had been called fumble on the field it would have been uphelded. That play would have turned the game, I really believe that it would have got the crowd back in the game and rejuvinated the D to carry us the rest of the way. Just my .02 worth.

It was going with the call on the field either way. Inconclusive replay. We were screwed on lots of calls but this was not really one of them.

He was down...c'mon
I think you are probably right, but it was really, really close. The thing that makes me not 100% sure is the fact that the ball didn't seem to come out as a result of him hitting the ground. There was not a good look, but it seemed that he could have been losing the handle on the way down.

Was the ball stripped? I didn't see that it was. That makes me think it may have been a fumble, considering it would be very odd for a back to fumble because his ass hit the ground or whatever.

it looked like he was hit immediately after his butt hit the ground, causing the fumble. I'm sure others will disagree, but that was my opinion.
