Given that it appears Fulmer's time at TN is running short, I wanted to write something real quick commeding Fulmer on his time here at UT. He will/should go down as 1, if not the greatest, coaches in UT football history. He is literally the end of a dying breed, where loyalty supercedes money, and family supercedes personal gain. He is an incredible representative for the University and has given us far more positive moments than bad ones.

I will attribute our offensive woes to Fulmer as much as I will to Clawson and the players, but I will also attribute our defensive success to Fulmer as well as Chavis and the players.

Fulmer has been a great coach, and one that I know personally, and it sucks to see him potentially have to go out like this. So, if that is the case, I just wanted to make it known that we should all acknowledge what he has done with the University during his tenure and that his impact will far exceed a simple street sign in Knoxville.

If he doesn't retire this year the only street that deserves to bear his name will be a dead-end alley.

It's time for him to go. However, he is the 2nd best coach ever to coach on The Hill.
