10/6 UGA
10/13 @ Miss. St.
10/20 @ Bama
10/27 USC

3 losses in Oct. and he should be gone.

AK & KY look tough in Nov.

Should Fulmer lose his job if he goes 7-5?

I remeber a time when 8-4 or 9-3 was considered a bad season. Times have changed.

I agree but he could possibly win a bowl game and go 9-4 and Hamilton will just put him on notice that he needs to beat FL in 08

5 should be a lock

Or he could just lose 4 games again and probably still get a way with it. I don't pull for UT to lose, but I can understand why a few people want an absolute collapse. Well, just that Kushahlovesthevols or whatever the name was.

5 should be a lock but I dont think it will be. If he went 7-5 and won the bowl game I think he would stay. In 05 Randy Sanders was the scape goat. If he doesnt have another losing season he will probably just find another.

I don't see any scapegoats. In 2005 the blame seemed to go to Sanders. All the blame now seems squarely on Fulmers head.

This year? Then I'm pretty sure he is out because he isn't going 6-2 the rest of the regular season unless something drastic happens.

Just put in the back of your mind that 10 wins, somehow, after 13 games, is what he needs.

I agree.. I am not saying he shouldnt go beacause I think he should. I just think he will pin the blame maybe on defensive coach or something.

CPF has to beat UGA and finish no worse than 9-3 and then win a bowlgame to keep his job. Just remember this.

Getting rid of Chavis could be Fulmer's saving grace.Maybe hire the Ole Miss defensive coach, one that is not afraid to blitz, etc.

We could win all those..
We could, but this tackling situation will keep us from doing that.

And our offense was still the same ol vanilla crap last night. Our WRs cannot get separation down the field.

I see Arkansas pounding us with the run. If Arky St would have continued running they would have kept it closer.

I actually thought we did a lot better at getting the ball down the field on intermediate routes. We only went deep about 2 or 3 times, but it wasn't quite as much of the dink and dunk stuff.

Fulmer went 9-4 (5-3 SEC) last season and Hamilton added another year to his contract.
So you think one more loss than last season will cost him his HBC job this year?

If he finishes with a record of 9-3, with the loss being to UGA, and loses his bowl game, I believe he's done.

I didn't say we were facing the greatest defense on earth . . . just that we got the ball down the field when the opportunity was there.
