Still no report about the basics of what was said???

Hopefully, Rome asked Phil about his pre-game dinner, and his preference between Gold Bond, or Baby Powder...now that would be some reporting!

Rome talked about how deep the coaching is in the SEC and asked if the UM hire made him nervous...CPF basicaly said he was more worried about what UT does than anything else. He said UM had achieved a lot in his brief career and was a good coach. Rome asked if he was glad visor boy was back and CPF said he wishes he was still in Washington, but he was a great coach. Rome asked about the pressures of coaching at a top tier school and if CPF thought alot about the NC in 98 to which he replied he is just looking forward to trying to win another, and how we "screwed it up" in 01 and should have been back in 99 also. I missed part of the interview but caught the above.

Fulmer has roughly the same amount of media savvy as a brick.

It doesn't make him a bad coach or anything... It just makes me not really care that much whenever he goes on a TV interview or whatever.

I'm in full accord. I'm very disappointed Coach would waste his breath talking to the moron Rome. I can't stand Rome's bs... :nono:

I'm gonna have to move to another topic. Rome makes me want to think about becoming a rooftop sniper. There's nothing I would like more, other than making the Gators into a fine set of luggage, than see Jim Rome get beat up again by Jim Everett..
