I know many will disagree... I really do not Care... So kiss my Backside right now... Short of a complete changeover of the Coaching Staff which did not happen, but will happen sometimes in the Future.... CPF is the best Head Coach for the Job. He is the only one that we have that can still preach and teach Vol Tradition and Football... There are no more Old Codgers Left... The ability to do this ought to be worth something... CPF is the only one right now that can possibility put all this back together and make it worth something. His decisions these next few months will be watched closely. He is at the Crossroads of his career and if he wants that NC or SEC title that he takes about, then, he will have to take the neccessary steps to get there. He has an opportunity to make things happen and to restore some consistency to this program. It is time to make it happen. I think we have a win-win for the people that want change and for the people who do not want change. This team has had problems exactly what they were we may never know... This is a house cleaning without firings or dismissals and CHANGE IS GREAT WHEN NEEDED. This will put a Fire under the Coaches and Players backsides. Let's see if Fulmer can make it stick...

While were cleaning house may as well get johnny on out of here too. His scheme's are based around having great d-linemen. We don't have any, so we might as well ship him on down the road too. Besides it gets old when its third and a mile and you know its going to be a first down.

Its make or break time for Phil that is for sure. I think he can right the ship. This is what we all wanted earlier in the year and like the OP said we got it so lets just see what happens. GO VOLS!!!

No Chavis love?

I have wanted Chavis Gone from the beginning. I never wanted him as the DC and I do know that Fulmer at one time tried to farm him out but Fulmer has not had the Balls to get rid of him... Once Fulmer hires somebody it takes an act of congress to get rid of them... the good thing about it is that Fulmer is loyal to his people... and he protects them... he need to gather the troops and I do believe he has got his team back now... So it is time to 5 wide and let it fly.

Sure would be nice to hear a tv commentator refer to the Tennessee offense as "explosive" again. We used to hear that regularly.

But we have to have a strong defense, that's what will win games consistantly. You don't have to have a flashy offense if you don't give up many points. This is our #1 priority, or should be.

There are still a lot of people who still fully support Coach Fulmer.

At the very least, for the first time in a while Fulmer is saying all of the right things. He seems to be taking a very proactive approach to this situation. This season may have brought a halt to some of his recent passivity.

i understand that you have faith in CPF. I do too. I thin he can continue our recent successes and keep getting us to bowl games. Vandy would kill to play in a bowl.

Better then responding to the initial post. I hate a thread that starts with, "I know you'll disagree and you can kiss my *ss."

that opening generally grants liberty to everyone to call original poster an idiotic, self-absorbed a$$hole.
