...according to this site linked below.

That ranks 4th in the SEC, behind Alabama, Florida and Arkansas.

Fulmer's maximum bonus ranks ahead of those three, however. By my math, with bonuses, he "could be" the second-highest paid AD in the SEC.

2017-2018 Athletics Directors

***Upon thinking it over, technically, it's possible Fulmer could be the highest paid AD in the SEC depending on how his actual bonus earned compares to the others. His total compensation plus maximum possible bonus ranks second.

That is good. When Fulmer was hired from day one, the culture changed that day. The craziness, turmoil, and confusion came to an end, and put a stop to the agony of six to eight months of heck that was going on. Fulmer even went further with the hiring of Pruitt, and now the culture has doubled changed for good. Recruiting is starting to pick up, and we are starting to land some big ones right to our door. 2018 wasn’t to bad either, and these recruits that are coming in, you’ll see a difference in this football team. Fulmer has became a great AD, and is/has earned his money. Thanks Fulmer for being here, and having the love for UT orange that you care about so deeply.👍💥👌

It might be the internet on 🔥 fire, but right now, it is Tennessee football that is on fire. You see, it is Fulmer, Pruitt, and his staff that is making the wildfire spread. People around the SEC is taking notice of what is going on here in Knoxville. If they aren’t, then it is to our advantage to shock teams this year, in which we will do.

Must've been checking on his other site. Gotta make sure those "verify you are 18 or older" steps are up to date. :)

The real question here is how freak found an article and posted it before orange defense.
Debatable articles. Remember?
Sanford Stadium is the on-campus playing venue for football at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, United States. The 92,746-seat stadium is the tenth-largest stadium in the NCAA.
We will shock 92,746 people. I hope you approve this debatable comment, because I approve this message.:) You see, it all started with the hiring of Fulmer.
Fulmer hires Pruitt.
Pruitt hires a great staff.
Pruitt changes the players that is already here.
Pruitt brings in a recruiting class that can help back up these players.
Then these players go out and beats Georgia, because Smart can’t beat Pruitt.:dance2:

He's always been a bit of a night owl. I think mostly because of insomnia.

I’m not weird, trust me. Once again, it is the faith in Pruitt and this staff to get it done from day one. If you really want to know why I’m so confident on Pruitt, then here it is. I think Pruitt is a lot tougher than Smart and the rest of the SEC coaches, except Saban right now. I believe he will be the 1st assistant to beat Saban, if he is still around later? I also believe Dabo can’t beat him either. I think Pruitt will be able to beat every coach in America, and have the success that Saban has. That is not being weird, this is the faith that I have in Pruitt.:good!:

Sorry man, i dont do coach worship.

Plus you have no factual information to back up the statements that the only coach that possesses the ability to beat a rookie head coach is nick saban.

Does charlie weatherby possess the ability to beat nick saban?

I have no factual info, and you’re right in that regard. No, Weatherby couldn’t even touch Nick Saban.
Now, my faith is all I have for Pruitt to beat these guys, because I just think he is a smarter coach than most. I think he works harder than most in practice. I think he works harder than most coaches in recruiting. I think he works harder than most coaches of breaking down film. I think he works harder than most coaches of trying to put players in different positions. I think he works harder than most coaches on the little stuff in practice to make the players better.
Recruiting has already been shown that. For we have out recruited Gus from Auburn stealing a player or two. Pruitt has stolen an Alabama player already, and I believe there is more to come in that regard. He went out and got some transfers to try to help for experience, this year. It’s the little things that Pruitt does that I approve 100%. I for one can tell you that, we’ve already seen a change in our offense, and I know there has been a comment or two made that our defense was hustling to the ball together in the spring game that the announcers didn’t see last year. I did see the defense gang tackling together in the spring game some. The hope is that within three months and some change, this team will be strong and ready to beat West Virginia, gain some confidence leading into SEC play. I believe they will, going into the game with Florida.:clapping:

Lol... well thanks Chizzlevol, I thank your faith is really up there. I wasn’t on this board when Dooley or Butch was hired in, but I can tell you that I was only 40 or 50% on Dooley, and about the same on Butch. I just didn’t really see Butch taking us over the hump, nor Dooley. I’m 100% on Pruitt, because there is just something about him that I see different than most people. I can see the little things adding up to the bigger picture with Pruitt. Hang in there, because you’re going to have haters, negavols, and disbelievers coming at ya. Uncle Lou’s that is...lol. Even my medical doctor is a vol fan, but can’t believe that I’m this faithful.:good!:

Fulmer may or may not work out in the long run but he seems to be doing alright now.
Is this AD worship? Just checking.

Under the circumstances, I honestly believe he is the best person for the job.

I honestly don't disagree with you in the least given the state of affairs with the program.

I just don't like seeing UT shelling out top 25 salaries for one unproven commodity after another.

And, despite all the optimism around Fulmer and Pruitt, that's what we have currently.
