I think Prince played pretty good last night. I believe the reason most people are on him so much about his mistakes is because of the timing of his mistakes and he doesn't seem to learn from them. I do think overall he has started playing better and being a more consistent player over the last 5-10 games but he still makes the boneheaded play at the worst possible time. Here are a few things he hasn't learned not to do....
Leave his feet when he passes....This results in alot of his charge calls and turnovers....he has about a 1:1 assist to turnover ratio, could be better if he quit leaving his feet (and we had better shooters)
Ill advised 3's....I never was a good dunker so I rarely tried in a game, same goes for JP and 3's if you can't do it...DON'T!
Fouling jump shooters.....Just get a hand in there face....why double a teams chance at 2 or 3 pts when you can just play good close out D?
Stopping in the lane on drives.....JP has never really been an authoratative dunker while driving the lane, he needs to learn how to hit a pull up 8ftr in the lane. He gets called for a charge quite a bit by going in for layups, if he could just jumpstop and hit a short jumper it would increase his shooting % as well as not turn it over with a charge
