Kiffin plans to WIN NOW! Not in a rebuilding process. He wants Championships now. Not gradual improvement.
Everyone has a clean slate.
All positions are open in Spring ball.
Quoted saying "Protect your team."
Understands that they are upset about the Fulmer situation. He had nothing to do with the firing and he wants the best for the kids.
Told them to not become the one he has to make an example out of.

Let's get to work and get a CHAMPIONSHIP NOW!

Eric Berry and Rod Wilks got a good laugh out of this one.

Obviously if it was a "players" meeting. Its funny how someone always wants a source and expects someone to give out specific names. Do you think they could continue to get information if they told everyone who was giving them information?

Guys, lets stay on topic. It's hard enough to navigate the forum right now without turning every thread off topic or making it into a Rod Wilks thread. Seriously.

You can use the Pub to cut up off topic all you want.

I actually hope he is telling the truth about every job being open come spring ball.
BTW Freak, you are a very brave man.

I read on another forum that the players were overall happy with the open spots in spring ball-- apparently Fulmer playing his favorites didn't go over very well with a lot of players.

So maybe we'll see some Ahmad Paige and Tauren Poole.

I had been curious about how Kiffin would manage the transition with the players. Sounds like he is saying some constructive things.

Good, maybe Warren will start instead of Cottam and Rogers will sit and watch Moore and Paige will show him how to play real ball
