Vols fans, its time to be serious. Throw your agendas out the window for 3 weeks. We are all sick and tired of being irrelevant. We all remember the better days. Don't let me be confused for a "Fulmerite." I am not.

Lets be realistic. Fulmer is not going anywhere midseason. If we did, we wouldn't get nor would we deserve something better. All the coaches we have a shot with are all coaching somewhere else. The season is shot. But praying that we lose is stupid. Our next coach and all of our recruits are paying attention.

If you hope we lose this weekend, go to hell. I remember 4 months ago when all the UGays were posting on our site, we told them they were overrated, and wait til October. It sucks that we have gotten use to losing to UF, but UGA? What the hell have they did since Herchel Walker? Let me guess, its okay if UGA wins a championship as long as we suck; that somehow illegitimizes their championship. Hell NO! Same for Bama. The road to the SEC championship might not be the short drive down 75 from kville to ATL, but it still goes through KNOXVILLE! If its up to us, LSU will think us for not giving up. UT doesn't lay down.

My parents bought season tixs the year I was born in 1983. My dad didn't miss a game from 1990-2000 except for a few bowl games. I was at the 9-6 bama lose is 1990 and the UF game in 1992 in the rain. Not to mention, dozens of others. My dad is pissed, I am even more pissed at the current situation. My mom mentioned selling our season tixs..... the same seats that my dad lived and died in, and that I have lived and died in. Because we only went to the UF game, and sold all the others for under face value. Its not the end mom, its not the end. I am a grown ass man, don't make me buy our tixs from you. 25 years from now I will be old, still sitting in the same seats that I did when I was 8. Selling is not an option, mom is a business woman.

I booed at UF, and don't regret it one bit. Going to knoxville for us is right around a grand a trip$$$. It was the first time I got a hotel for the whole weekend, the game was over by the 5 minute mark in the first quarter, BOO! We sent a message. The suits noticed, and so did the recruits.

We lost our QB, Giles was disappointed, Stokes was rumored to be considering PSU, and somehow hooked OKU. We got lucky to only lose Nunes.

They will be back for the Bama game. We will lose Giles, Stokes, and Foster if we Boo again I will not Boo this time, nor should you. The message has been sent. This year is done, lets focus on the future.

How the hell some of you guys piss and moan that the new DT commit is only a 3 star blows my mind. Who the hell else is decommiting from a Big 12 school to play for his childhood dream school? Isn't that the best recruits, bleed orange from day one? And you are going to act like we could do better. Screw YOU! We are in the bottom teir at this very moment, don't be ungrateful. Look to the future. We need all the DT's we can get, and I am excited to have this young man on board.
If you don't won't him, go jump on the Sabanwagon, thats how it it.

It has hit the fan. If we lose Giles, Stokes, OKU and others; we will be having a hemmorage (in my dad's words). Don't be an idiot. You think we are in control on this board, but we aren't. We can't make things better on this board, only make them worse. Fulmer's days have passed, but he is our coach in 2008. From here on out, if you can't post without being negative, then get off the board. You think its bad, if we keep on maginifying the negatives, you will get what you wish for. Not only that, the Clemson job will look a hell of a lot better for Butch Davis, Lane Kiffin or whoever when they have to chose between the 2. I'm out. I love all you guys, don't hate me for this, but that is where we are at, and what we have to do.

Anyone complaining about the recruit's star ranking was doing so in jest. Also, Crompton bled orange from day one. The Clemson job is not going to look better even if Neyland Stadium collapses tomorrow and next year's team is forced to play on the rugby field. You may as well go ahead and remove all the insults and over the top negative assumptions about large portion of the VN membership.

Don't pass off your agenda as if you are the arbitrator for the 500,000 vols fans across the nation. Its very likely that the UT job could be the 3rd best job in the nation and we end up replacing crap with crap. you don't run a legend out midseason, make fun all you want but it isn't happening. Lets cross that bridge when we get there, but for the next 3 weeks, lets have some PRIDE!

Your exactly damn right, I used to a be a total fulmerrite and I started slipping but here's the cold hard fact, Fulmer ain't going nowhere, no matter how hard you pray, no matter how hard you hope, he ain't going nowhere. You have to get behind this team, you have to support through the rough seasons and good seasons, I'm with this guy, he's exactly right and if you wanna be a fair weathered Vol fan and be with em when they are winning and constantly screwing them when they are losing well then forget you. We will not lose to UGA, never. This season is pretty much shot but damnit get behind em and show em some love because you are a Tennessee fan, you sing rocky top with 107,000 of your closest friends, you don't bark like a retard, or chomp your hands together like a gator, or holler pig sooie or sing rammer jammer. For godsakes your a Vol and be proud of that or get off this ship and drown like the ignorant fools that you are.

i am thinking two things...

1)you have had way too much to drink and can't keep a single line of thought...wow...you and crompton should write together.

All I am saying is at this point, why disregard these games and these players because you have already labeled these the "bad years."
We all hear everyone.

Watch Eric Berry bust some heads, watch Ben Martin record the first DE sack of the year, watch Gerald Jones become perhaps the most dynamic playmaker to ever don the orange. We have only played 5 of our 12 games, heck this Stephens kid might start throwing to Warren. Let the kid air it out, make defenses quit stacking the box screwing our run game.

And guess what, Bama hasn't played half their games either. They may drop their last 3 big games and the Sabanade may be a little watery this year.

And Lord behold a UGA team beat a credible Vol team. So we got to start telling ourselves we suck so that we can say :
"yeah, but we sucked that year."

Geeeeeeeeezzzzzzz......
