The most anticipated season in a decade and I will be watching and following from Africa.

I think I have found the best ways to watch the game but if not I will listen to it.

Go Vols

Do you have earthquakes there? Because if you had one you could turn to your wife and say, "Did Djibouti shake?"

Seriously, what an interesting place to be (Lemonnier?). Probably not a huge Vol contingent, although I still think you should start a thread about places to meet up and watch the game in Djibouti.

I see more Tennessee and UF shirts than anything else so far.

I am rocking my UT gear the next few days.

Usually those countries get T shirts given to charity. Saw several UT shirts in Honduras. They just liked the shirts because they were orange. Had zero clue who Tennessee was.

Stay safe in Africa.

It's gonna take a lot to drag me away from you
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in Africa
Gonna take some time to do the things we never had

I was in Djibouti once. Didn't get into town, just stayed on the pier. Frigate I was on pulled in opposite a Soviet destroyer to refuel. Go Vols! The Soviets have fallen, Appalachian St. is next.

Take care. I broke down there back in my Navy Flyboy days. 10 days there, felt like a couple of months. I'm sure things have changed a lot since those days.

I just got back from Jordan. My first time there. I was a little surprised based on my previous trips to other parts of the Middle East.
