Yeah, that's exactly why you posted it...

Next week's edition should be something along the lines of, "Man, guys... I was talking to an Arkansas fan the other day in Church, and I don't know if you guys remember it or not, but the Hogs stomped us last Fall. What could I say to the guy? When did Arkansas become a better program than Tennessee?"
Man, I was talking to my girlfriend's brother who's a UF letterman ....

Basketball has definitely grown in popularity, but I don't think it's going to overtake football. That being said, for "average" games - I get more pumped about basketball these days. It's more fun to watch as regards to our style of play imo. BUt I don't think you can beat the atmosphere of a big game FOOTBALL Saturday.

I've never been a basketball fan. I enjoy watching the Vols succeed, but it's really just a filler between football seasons for me.

Krispy's federation keeps me busy until November... Then I get to actually see player development, beating Florida, finishing at the top or near the top of the SEC next year, coaching adjustments, and finally, discipline.

Wow, I just pose an unbiased question concerning the perceived heirarchy of Tennessee programs and you guys come unhinged. The reality is that the football program is less important since we have a winner at TBA if for no other reason that spring practice no longer dominates the March sports page. However, that being said, Tennessee is a football school and will always be one....knowing that keeps my hope for a new revelant coach alive.
unbiased my :shaking2:
