What happened?

Ate out pretty much every single day, and drank a good bit too. Being social has its costs.

I'm a naturally skinny guy, six feet tall, the most I've ever weighed is 220 and that was 15 years ago

I'm 58 years old and weigh 180, mostly due to fasting, dont eat till I'm hungry. best I've ever felt.

If I'd stop drinking I'd be the beacon of health.

That’s a half pound heavier than last week, and it’s no doubt due to me pigging out at Universal Studios a few days ago, mostly in Harry Potter World. Butterbeer, ice cream, cupcakes, fried fish, steak tacos, and croissants. Totally worth it!

As long as I’m under 155, I’m not concerned.

5 lbs per month is excellent. At that rate you will have lost another 25 lbs by 12/31
