January 29 - 227 (heaviest I have ever been...I knew I needed to start losing weight on this day).
-(started exercising 3 times a week, not much changes to diet)

204.6 -.2, nice to see it finally going back down. Definitely feeling less stressed of late, and that helps.
205.4 +.8. I really dont get what my body is doing. More exercise, eating better, I feel less stressed, but still putting on the fat.

I had hit a plateau between 200-203ish. I decided to just eat more (but better quality) calories over the last two weeks and have dropped down to 198. I think sometimes, if we're exercising hard, our body tries to preserve some things if it isn't getting enough calories.

Not sure that's the case for you but it's been interesting for me to see it in myself.

I am starting to put more emphasis on walking again. Did about 4 miles at lunch today.
