Good pace on weight loss IMO.

Good pace on weight loss IMO.

Thank you. I'm burning about 800-1000 calories in each of my workouts, and I workout 5x a week for about an hour each session. I'm also trying to limit myself to about 1600-1800 calories per day, with an occasional cheat day. I've been very pleased with the results so far. My goal is to get under 180. I'd like to do that by Thanksgiving, then hopefully not gain it all back. ;)

Burned over 1400 calories today hiking the Appalachian Trail near Whitetop Mtn today. That should give me good weight loss results thru the next week. Joined a hiking club a couple of months ago. Likely the best decision I have ever made in respect to my health. My membership fee is $10 year and recommended something similar to everyone on this thread.

(what a fricking tease today) I'd hoped I'd finally broke that 400 barrier. Changed up my workouts the last couple weeks. Started waking with a pack ~25#. Trying to get back used to carrying a pack for when hunting season gets here, and when my scouts start hiking more as it cools off this fall.

Remarkable that you lost about 5 lbs in 6 months and not had one week listed with a weight gain or even a break even weight. That is as consistent as it can get. What is your goal weight?

Did you notice that I do not have an entry for for a few weeks in July/August?
I gained over six pounds in just over three weeks (Napoleons, Eclairs , Cheese Cake, Milano’s, etc) and was to mad at myself so I did not post until I got back on track.
The most I’ve ever weighed was 194.5 and I would really like to get to just under 175 lbs.

I finally did it! Below 400# for the first time in hell I guess about 10 years. I think about 2011/2012 might have been the last time I was below it. I know at one point in 2011 before I got pneumonia I'd gotten down to about 370ish, but I gained all that back quick. Now onward to 357. That'll be 100# down
