Friday weigh in thread

This week coming up will likely be tough though. Sunday is my birthday and there's no way I can let that pass without some ice cream cake. Recon I'll just have to get in some extra walking somehow.


My short term goal is I want to get below 400 by October.
4 months / 18 weeks away for 37.0 lbs. = -9.25 per month / -2.05 per week. Keep challenging yourself & make your goal boss!!

Cake will not hurt you one day if you eat reasonably the rest of the day and week. Just stay at your calorie intake goals weekly and you should still have success.

I weighed 192.7 in December. Most I’ve ever weighed was 195.7 which was in 2017.
The least I’ve weighed since 2013 has been 179.9 which was in August of that year.

This thread has been helpful in keeping me accountable.

last week I stalled out, a little too much fried rice/sushi/ hibachi celebrating my son's graduation from middle school, and my wife took it upon herself to get the biggest icecream cake dq makes for my birthday. So,that hung around longer than planned. I did this back in line this week, including a 4mi hike on Saturday.

6/11 213.7 (2.6) should of been more. Very little exercise the last 3 days because of aggravated hamstring/calf muscles behind the knees (both legs). Feeling better this morning but yesterday I considered calling local sports physician for an appointment to have x-rays or ask for physical therapy.
