Friday weigh in thread

I just read an article that says pushups are a better determining factor for heart disease in middle aged men. If you can do less than 20 you’re in trouble. More than 40 and you’re in good shape. Supposed to be timed for one minute.
I’m 49 years old and can do 63.
 
Tomorrow morning's goal is 2 miles on the treadmill. (Forgot to post my goal last night. This'll probably be a pita for y'all. Apologies in advance.)
