Friday weigh in thread

191. Still trying to hit 3,000 calories a day. Which is a lot harder than I thought it would be. Going to start a cut once I get to 193-195.

Btw, I weighed myself today for the first tim in 12 years. I would have guessed 205/210, however, I weighed in at 187.2 . Still not happy about that.

I'm going to set my goal at 175 as I am about to embark on a low carb diet beginning March 1.
 
How do you all set your weight goal?

I went to this site: Ideal Weight Calculator and it has my ideal weight as being between 153 and 160.
I just decided on what sounded good - 15 lbs lighter. I've lost a little extra than 15 and think ideally I could go a couple more for a total loss of 20 lbs. There was really no method behind it.

Nice that you weighed in less!
