After a period of hitting a plateau, the weight is finally coming down again. I did not gain any back at least. I weighed in Friday at 194.2 for a total loss of 104 lbs!!! 103.8 lost to be more accurate, but close enough, LOL.

I'd like to get to my lowest weight I had last year since it was not an issue to get there, which is another 0.8, but at least I'm back past my goal from last year.
