Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/30/24)

198 down from 225..... I'm almost reaching lean, mean sex machine status.....I just need the sex part.
I'm starting back at the gym Wednesday morning. I'm not sure now what my target weight should be. I feel a lot better and want to get down to 185.

Missed Friday weigh in due to my 10 day vacation. Just got back yesterday and am happy I only gained 0.4. Hopefully I can have that off by Friday.

I did not get to lose that 0.4 last Friday, instead was another 0.6 for a +1. Weighed yesterday and was -0.4 for the week.

-15.4 overall.

I’ve finally made it to my goal of getting down to 200 lbs. 98 lbs of my former self is gone that will never be back!!! So close to that century mark!!!

I always forget about this thread. Just saw it and thought I would share. I started my journey on June 14 this summer starting at 327.9lbs. As of this morning I'm at 243.4 for a grand total of 84.6lbs lost. I've lost 4ft worth of inches between neck, chest, stomach and hips.

Been leveled off around 188 for a month. Started hitting the gym again to bulk up. 3 weeks in when I finally begin to see results, I end up getting injured and have to take about 2-3 weeks off. So I guess i'll start back over again from square one in 2-3 weeks

Haven’t weighed in since the day before Thanksgiving, then went on a trip for a week. Gained 5 lbs!!!

Two year journey initiated by high BP problems. Started at around 230 lb. That was in Feb of 2016. I'm now around 190 looking to get to 185. With weight loss and meds BP is relatively good.
