So everyone except SDV weigh in on Friday. SDV cant be bothered to know what day it is so he can weight in whenever.

Aight, here we go... Been lurking in this thread for a bit, gonna go ahead and jump in I guess..

A little back ground. I boxed for about 13 years so I had to keep a certain weight. When that was over I said I'll never run again unless something is chasing me, lol. I pretty much just stopped caring about my weight all together. I still really don't care about the weight as much as getting healthier and feeling better. I can remember each milestone on the way up. When I hit 200 lbs, 250, 275... I did everything to excess, especially eating and drinking. I've tried to lose before but wasn't that serious and it never lasted. A couple of deaths to people close to me that weren't taking care of themselves in the past year combined with some warning signs of my own has got me serious about making a change. When I hit 300 and was put on blood pressure and cholesterol medicine, that was enough, 305 was my highest weight and I'm 5' 7". I'm still pretty muscular but no one should be 300 lbs at 5' 7"...

Today I weighed in at 253! I boxed at 147, I would like to get back down around 160.
