How do you all set your weight goal?

I went to this site: Ideal Weight Calculator and it has my ideal weight as being between 153 and 160.
I just decided on what sounded good - 15 lbs lighter. I've lost a little extra than 15 and think ideally I could go a couple more for a total loss of 20 lbs. There was really no method behind it.

Nice that you weighed in less!

Just now putting weight on my right foot. 😶 I've been doing weights instead of cardio.

What was I thinking trying to run? I'm too old.
I only run if I’m being chased.
I’ve put down the weights.

It’s yoga and an elliptical runner for me and that’s it.
