188. Trying to bulk a little to 195, and then do a cut before my wedding/honeymoon. Started consuming around 150-175 grams of protein a day the last two weeks. I'm going to try and keep that up to see if it makes a difference in 6-8 weeks. I can slowly start to see my body respond and take shape.....but fricking slow. My biggest struggle is trying to shed chest fat. I don't know what's up with that struggle.
