I have to get over this fear I'm going to gain 20 lbs from one meal, but overall I'm proud of my discipline this week. I was on a business trip, so had access to company paid breakfast lunch and dinner, so my company became a beneficiary of my dieting. Airports are the worst as far as fighting temptation!

Congratulations! Don’t worry. Maintaining is so much easier than trying to lose weight.

It has to be a lifestyle. It can’t be a diet. If you don’t find things in that lifestyle that you really enjoy then it’s never going to last.
I’ve gotten to a place where I don’t count calories and don’t watch what I eat because the lifestyle has taken over. It’s a great place to be honestly

not for me. I will gain wait so fast trying to maintain, even with nothing changing diet or exercise wise.

If I get stressed it doesn't matter what I do, I will put on the pounds. Lack of sleep will also do me in pretty fast too.

i have just learned to ride the waves.

I finally decided it's safe to invest in new pants, my wife insisted since my old jeans were having to be cinched up with a belt. I hate clothes shopping with a passion, but Duluth Trading jeans are awesome, but expensive. Just more incentive to maintain and never go back.

Speaking of the better half, she's 4 weeks into her own plan and weighed in this am at 112, down from 120.

I’m gaining weight at a faster rate than I want, but my waist is getting slimmer. I am almost down another belt notch. My arms are definitely growing, which is what I mainly want to happen. My arms have always been super skinny, but I have gained almost a full inch on my bicep circumference.
