I was pretty much doing a dirty bulk (unintentionally) and had gotten up around 205-206 pounds when I weighed about 10 days ago.
Pivoted my diet back to less calories, more protein/lean focused and less beer and down to 199 as of about 20 minutes ago. Would really like to be around 185 but have put on a load of muscle in the last two months so don't know if that'll happen easily.
