Not much exercise the last 3 months and my calories intake could be better in the same time frame. Time to step it up. I now believe the best healthy weight for me at 5’6.5 to 5’7 would be 150 to 155 pounds. Plans for significant cardio and strength training every day going forward.

What is your target weight?

I am just under 5'5" tall and know I've lost muscle mass due to aging. I'm shooting for 110-115 pounds at this point. Once wrist surgery has healed and the weather is better (I get really cold,) I hope to resume more physical activities. I saw a gastroenterologist on Wednesday; Lawd, don't even want to share what he wants me to do, haha! My appetite is improving.
